Her implementation style is fast-paced and effective with a strong bias for action. She helps business owners release the full potential of their brand.

Victoria served as an executive leader and officer at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) for over 10-years developing customer lifecycle strategies, business process, sales standards, strategic marketing, and brand development. AIMCO is one of the largest real estate investment trusts, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. AIMCO owns and operates a geographically diversified portfolio of apartment communities in 44 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. AIMCO was founded in 1975 and serves over 500,000 residents.  AIMCO’s common shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and are included in the S&P 500. 

Prior to her role at AIMCO, she served for 10 years in leadership roles including, Operations, Brand Marketing, and Sales for Picerne Development Corporation, a privately held National Real Estate Development firm with offices in Rhode Island, Arizona, and Florida.
